APPROVALS- The producers of the finest fea- 
ture films in 16mm require that each location 
be submitted and approved. Just fill in com- 
pletely the reservation form enclosed. When an 
approval is granted it remains in effect indefi- 
nitely or until cancelled. 

NOTE: The lending of any of our films to other 
persons for unauthorized and unpaid-for exhibi- 
tions in any location other than your own is a 
violation of Section 101 of the United States 
Copyright Laws and carries penalties up to 
$5,000 for each exhibition. 

Legion of Decency ratings appear at the beginning 
of each listing. . . . A1 (recommended for all age 
levels); A2 (recommended for junior high level and 
adult audiences); also A3 (recommended for adults). 

All films available in Cinemascope require special 
lens. Films Incorporated offers special low-cost pack- 
age plans on Cinemascope equipment. Full informa-

THE APPLICANT AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 

1. Films rented hereunder will be shown only at the time and place and under the conditions 
specified in this application. The applicant will pay as liquidated damages $50 for any unauthor- 
ized showing. 

2. Transportation charges in both directions will be paid by the applicant. 

3. Each leased film will be returned not later than on the day following its scheduled showing. A 
full day's rental at catalog rates will be paid for each day of delay. 

4. All films will be shipped c.o.d. uness the applicant has established credit with Films Incorporated 
and has made other arrangements in writing. 

5. Films will be shown only on 16 millimeter sound projectors, properly operated and in 90. on- 
dition, and with all film channels thoroughly cleaned. 

6. The obligation of Films Incorporated to furnish films is subject to the continued approval of the 
location by the producer and to the availability of prints. 

7. Applicant, if a school, agrees that films of major producers will be shown only during school hours 
to the students and faculty only, and will not be advertised outside the school premises. (Theatreless- 
town approval is required if the public is admitted to showings.) 

8. Rented films are not to be loaned or leased by the applicant. A penalty of $50 will be paid for 
each infraction. 

9. Theatreless-town operators are subject to payment of $12.50 annual premium for a Fidelity Bond 
required by the producers as protection against unauthorized showings. 

10. This application will not become an agreement until accepted in writing by Films Incorporated. 

11. Rates denote one showing in one place on one day. Institutions using films in the evening, pri- 
marily for recreational programs, should so indicate and write for special approval and rates. For 
longer periods of time, please write for rates.
